Techniques of Communication and Expression in English (TCE 1) is designed for first-year Biology students to develop the English language skills needed in an academic and scientific context. It aims to help students understand and use scientific vocabulary, read and interpret scientific texts, and communicate scientific information clearly and effectively. The course also develops students’ written and oral communication skills through activities such as writing, summarizing, presenting, analyzing texts, and working collaboratively. Overall, it provides students with the language tools and communication strategies necessary to support their academic studies in Biology and to communicate confidently in scientific situations.
