Workshop : Sensory Evaluation of Dairy Products (Dairy Products Sensory Analysis Form)

You are required to prepare two Sensory evaluation form  (one for milk and another for cheese) based on the following objectives:

  • From three samples, perform a discriminative test, a descriptive test and a hedonic test, clearly indicating the approach and test methodology.
  • Coded samples will be distributed during the laboratory session and sensory analysis will be performed in class.
